Vision Hypotheques is an independent mortgage broker based in Geneva, specialising in comparing and negotiating mortgages in French-speaking Switzerland. With over 20 years of experience in financial advisory, we support individuals in their property projects.

To make property financing accessible and transparent. The Swiss mortgage market is complex, with dozens of lenders offering different conditions. Our role is to simplify this process by objectively comparing offers and negotiating the best conditions for each client.

- This model is standard in Swiss mortgage brokerage
- The commission does not affect the conditions you receive — the rates offered are identical to those you would obtain by going directly to the bank
